Reservations

The rates for the 3 types of rooms available are as follows

Rates are inclusive of GST and heritage tax @ RM 2.00 per unit per night.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. You may also choose to do a bank transfer directly to our company account. Other payment options such as email or fax in credit card details are also acceptable. The hotel will only charge your credit card upon arrival or in case of no show and last minute cancellations.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date as charges will be imposed for the first night if we are only notified in less than the required period.

Arrival, Departure and Child Policy

Check-in time is at 1400 hrs and the rooms are held until 2 pm on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card payment or deposit. Early check-in is subject to availability. Check-out time is at 1200 hrs.

Guests are required to settle their bills directly upon check-in. We do not accept personal cheques. A signing facility is extended only to corporate clients whose company has a credit facility with our hotel.

Only 1 child below the age of 12 years can stay in the room with family members and this child is not included for the complimentary breakfast. Children above 12 years are considered as adults.
